Arrival and departure
You can check into our apartments upon arrival day from 2:00pm and the apartments are available for you until 9:30am on day of departure.
Booking and payment
The booking is binding upon receipt of the agreed deposit (booking confirmation). The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Payment is possible in cash or via bank transfer prior to arrival.
Local tax
The local tax is 2,50 € per night and person over 14 years. It is calculated in addition to the apartment price.
Cancellation protection
You are sure to be looking forward to your holiday, and yet before your arrival many things can happen. Your booking is binding.
To be unaffected by any costs in such cases we recommend you take out a “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection. Simply calculate your premium and book via: Roter Hahn.
Pick-up service
Enjoy your holiday with us car-free and travel by train. We will gladly pick you up from the train stations in Klobenstein, Oberbozen or in Bozen, and of course drop you off on your departure.
The bus stop for use of public transport is located directly by the entrance to our property (100 metres away).
